Job Description / Responsibility
• Able to abstract the complexity of the software into a manageable model
• Able to maintain control over the architecture lifecycle parallel to the project's software development lifecycle
• Able to set quantifiable objectives that encapsulate quality attributes of the system
• Able to work closely with the development team and ensure architecture centric development
• Able to develop and execute strategic plans
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Good presentation skills
• 3+ years experience leading project teams to meet project time-lines and deliverables is a strong plus
Educational Requirements
BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Lead project, task, schedule and resource planning efforts for multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously
• Ensure that all implementation methodology deliverables are complete and on-time
• Provide technical or managerial guidance
• Participate in production of use cases, architecture, design, and specification documents and diagrams
• Perform code reviews
• Lead the continued evolution and adoption of application development best practices and processes
• Adhere to standard processes such as issue tracking, source code control, and time and expense reporting systems
• Evaluate team performance on a regular basis and recommend training where required
• Manage communication of goals and objectives, status and progress of project to management and to the team
• Establish relationships and trust through excellent execution, high quality, and exceeding expectations
